Members agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement when joining.
LetterWealth may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes only AFTER notifying all members via email to their contact email address as listed in their account. If any modification is unacceptable to members, the proposed change shall be put up for a vote in which all members of LetterWealth may participate. Your continued participation in LetterWealth following our posting of a change in policy notice
or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change unless an issue is brought to a vote. Once a vote has taken place and a change in policy is accepted, your continued participation constitutes binding acceptance. The only areas which will not be brought to a vote are those of security and script changes.
Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false
identity.
You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses.
Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing LetterWealth account.
You will use your email address/password combination to access your account.
It is your responsibility to keep to keep your password confidential. You may change this information by logging into your LetterWealth account and pressing the change information link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your LetterWealth account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
You must maintain the email address that you have listed in your LetterWealth account.
You agree to receive email advertising from LetterWealth.
In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked or is full, you will be charged 5 cents per email bounced. After 10 times your account will be terminated and all earnings forgeited.
You must be able to read and write in the English language. Those found in violation will be deleted.
You must login and click on a link at least once every 30 days. Those found in violation will be deleted.
Cheating is not allowed. The following is what LetterWealth considers cheating, though not limited to:
*Signing up for multiple accounts
*Searching from non-allowed countries (see Search Terms below)
*Use of ANY kind of cheating software or automated clicking software
*Submitting false redemptions
*Submitting false information
SPAM will not be tolerated. Those found in violation will be deleted immediately.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal
by LetterWealth be detected, it may result in member termination and possible legal action.
In addition, if your account shows no activity (i.e. emails read) in over a month's time, your account will be terminated and all earnings forfeited. You must participate in our program in order to cash out and/or keep your account.
Responsibility of LetterWealth:
At no time may LetterWealth remove an account without just cause. Anyone who wishes to know why their account
was removed may inquire via the contact form and receive an exact reason.
LetterWealth will not delete any member for any comments made on forums, emails, chat rooms, etc.
LetterWealth will not make changes to these terms without prior notification of the entire membership. Should a dispute arise regarding any such change, it shall be brought to a vote by LetterWealth members.
LetterWealth will treat all members with respect and reply to member and advertiser emails in a timely manner. LetterWealth runs by the following set standards:
- Payout Level - $15.00
- Activity Level - 25% and 30 days
- Cash Level - 50%
- Point Levels - 50%, 25%, 10%, 10%, 10%, 5%, 5%, 5%, 5%, 5%
LetterWealth will pay all members who reach payout and such members will be paid within 30 days.
Search Terms:
You are NOT required to search. Should you click on a search link, it would be respectful for you to honor that click by making a search. Searches will be clearly marked as such. Only members from the following countries are allowed to have the search interest box marked: United States Of America, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Spain, and France.
Relationship of the Parties:
You are an independent contractor, and nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and LetterWealth. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of LetterWealth. You may not make
any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the LetterWealth program.
Limitation of Liability:
LetterWealth will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or LetterWealth program, even if LetterWealth has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, LetterWealth aggregate
liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by LetterWealth and filling out all turing numbers for cheat protection, if any.
Members may earn by referring new members to the LetterWealth program. Members will earn 50% of their direct referrals earnings.
Members will be paid via Egold.
LetterWealth will pay members when their balance reaches $15.00 AND they request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through
unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication.
Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership
with LetterWealth and may result in legal prosecution. LetterWealth strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a
federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any
authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. LetterWealth may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. LetterWealth will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.
